Resource or behavior pack does not appear after import
Symptoms: Import said success but pack missing in world settings; Pack shows in Global Resources but not for a world
- Confirm the file extension is .mcpack, .mcaddon, or .mcworld not a leftover .zip name.
- Fully close Minecraft and reopen, then check Settings → Storage / the pack tabs again.
- Create a new world and check Behavior Pack / Resource Pack tabs separately.
- If you imported a .mcaddon, enable BOTH behavior and resource sides when present.
- Remove conflicting packs (especially other UI or player-model packs) and retest.

Symptoms: Unable to connect to world; Disconnected from server; Server not appearing
- Confirm you are on Bedrock Edition, not Java Edition.
- Update Minecraft from your platform store, then retry.
- For external servers: enable “Join multiplayer games” / multiplayer permissions on the Microsoft account.
- Check address and UDP port (default 19132). Do not use Java’s 25565 unless the host documented a custom setup.
- Disable VPN temporarily; try another network (phone hotspot) to rule out ISP UDP filtering.
- If using Featured Servers, join from the in-game list rather than a stale third-party IP.
